Ingredients
- 200 g rice noodles thin rice vermicelli
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 carrot julienned
- 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 2 green onions chopped
- Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce for color, optional
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water or vegetable broth
Instructions
Prepare the Rice Noodles:
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10-15 minutes until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and water or vegetable broth. Set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
