Ingredients
For the Beef:
- 300 g beef sirloin or flank steak thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dish:
- 3 large eggs beaten
- 2 large tomatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 green onion chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the Eggs:
- In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs. Set aside.
Cook the Beef:
