Ingredients
  

  • 300 g pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 200 g green beans trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced

Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

Prep the Ingredients:

  • Thinly slice the pork tenderloin and trim the green beans. Set aside.

Cook the Green Beans:

  • Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of the vegetable oil.
  • Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until they're tender but still crisp. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Cook the Pork:

  • In the same wok, add the remaining oil.
  • Add the garlic and onion, stir-frying until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.
  • Add the sliced pork and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until no longer pink.

Combine and Cook:

  • Return the green beans to the wok with the pork.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and green beans, stirring well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Serve:

  • Serve hot over steamed rice or enjoy it as is.
