- 800 g pork shoulder or pork loin cut into thick strips

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 teaspoon white pepper

- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons water
