- 300 g minced pork or chicken
- 1 tablespoon oil

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions
Prepare Pumpkin:
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into bite-sized chunks.
Cook the Minced Meat:
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add Aromatics:
- Add the minced garlic to the meat and stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Add Pumpkin:
- Add the pumpkin chunks to the skillet, mixing them well with the meat.
Season:
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, giving everything a good mix.
- Add Broth and Simmer:
- Pour in the chicken broth, then cover the skillet and lower the heat to medium. Let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pumpkin becomes tender.
