Ingredients
For the Wontons:
- 200 g ground pork
- 100 g shrimp peeled and finely chopped
- 1 green onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 30 wonton wrappers
- Water for sealing wontons

Instructions
Prepare the Wontons:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, finely chopped shrimp, minced ginger, and green onion.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Place a wonton wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- Add about a teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing the edges well to form the wonton shape of your choice (triangle, parcel, etc.).
Prepare the Soup:
- In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a gentle boil.

- Add a dash of sesame oil and salt to taste.
- Lower the heat to maintain a gentle simmer.
Cook the Wontons:
- Carefully drop the filled wontons into the simmering broth.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the wontons float to the top and are cooked through.
